DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, L+F is not responsible for any customs, import, or duty fees incurred upon order arrival.
HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Domestic customers, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. International customers, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, but please feel free to reach out if you're concerned about delivery times.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
It breaks our hearts to see your candles arrived damaged, but it is an unfortunate risk when shipping glassware. If your order arrives damaged, please send an email to email@example.com with photos of the affected item(s) and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible, or process a refund at your request.
A product is considered "damaged" if the glass is cracked or shattered, or if the product is otherwise unusable. "Damaged" does not include products with aesthetic irregularities such as wet spots or frosting, as these are natural occurrences in soy wax that will not impact the burn process.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Order cancellations or edits can only be made one hour after you place your order. Please send us an email right away if you need to make changes to your order.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
We do not accept returns at this time, and refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we'll make it right.
